Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actor from the United States. The actress became popular during the 1970s and 1980s due to the roles she played as an actress in television shows. Her glamorous appearance was often the focus on these shows. Fairchild's career began in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She made her debut in the soap opera of the same name Dallas for the first time as the actress to portray Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama). She also was a co-star in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until the year 1986. Fairchild was also a part of theatre and appeared as a guest in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA Board member.
